Fashion Finds delivers throughout the whole South Africa, using Courier
Guy. This includes a standard delivery fee of R99.

Where it accepts your order, Fashion Finds will notify you if we are
unable to deliver the goods during the delivery period (2-3 weeks). You may
then, within 7(seven) days of receiving such notification, elect whether to
cancel your order for the goods. If you elect to cancel your order for the
goods, we will reimburse you for the purchase price. If you do not cancel the
order, you will receive a % discount on your next purchase/and or a gift card
from Fashion Finds.

At the moment we only offer delivery anywhere in South Africa and we use The Courier Guy as our preferred couriers.

Fashion Finds wants you to be happy with your purchase. If
you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within
7(seven) days by sending it via

1. Pep’s Paxi service (Paxi number P8695) – this will cost you R60.
2. Pudo locker (Wilrogate Roodepoort) – this will cost you between R50-R200
   depending on the size of the locker you require.

We will either return the item to be exchanged, or refund
you, subject to the below terms.

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible
you are responsible for the following when returning your product(s):

1. Package your product(s) safely and securely for protection during transit
2. Clearly mark your order number on the outside of the parcel; and
3. Include all the accessories or parts that were sold with the product(s).

Failure to adhere to any of there requirements could delay the
processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

1. You can return an unwanted product to us (at your own cost) provided:
2. It is undamaged and unused;
3. It is not missing any accessories or parts; and
4. You log the return on the website within 7 days of the delivery date.

Fashion products can be exchanged for a different size or colour
variation, provided that such variation is available. If such variation is not
available, you must return the unwanted product to us, and we will refund you
with the purchase price within 10 days of the return.

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or
accessories at the time of the delivery, please notify us within 7 days of such
delivery, by logging a return on the website.

Once we have received
the product from you, we will inspect it and validate your return. We will at
your choice either exchange it for you or refund you with the purchase price
within days of the return.

• Fashion Finds is committed to providing secure online payment
  facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology
• You will receive an email from Fashion Finds once your payment reflects on our side.
• Payment are made for
  goods through our preferred service provider (Payfast), which uses safe and secure payment methods and includes a variety of transaction methods including but not limited to (VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Zapper, etc.)
• Once you have selected your payment method and accept these Terms and Conditions, you will be directed to a link to secure your payment of the applicable purchase price for the goods
